It is easy to fill a day with fun activities when you're in Steamboat Springs. The fun doesn't have to stop when the sun goes down, though! There are plenty of ways to enjoy Steamboat after dark. Here are a few of our favorite things to do in the evening.
There's no reason to limit your fun to the day! Fill the day with skiing, snowboarding, hiking, or whatever other activities you're interested in and then keep the fun going into the evening with these great activities.
Visit a Restaurant
Dining in Steamboat Springs is an obvious choice for an evening activity. It is hard to turn down a delicious dinner at one of the many fantastic local restaurants! Listen to Live Music on Lincoln Ave
If you're looking for boisterous nightlife, then you should head to Lincoln Ave. There are two spots that you have to visit if you like live music. At The Old Town Pub, you'll find Colorado jam bands and “jamgrass” as well as occasional big names. Schmiggity's Dance Bar has live music nearly every night of the week. There's something for everyone on their calendar, whether you like jazz, rock, or country music!
Try Night Skiing
Come experience Steamboat's signature champagne powder after dark during their night skiing events. 1,100 vertical feet of terrain are accessible in the dark thanks to state-of-the-art Ultra-Tech™ Lighting. There are options for skiers of all abilities! The Christie Peak Express chairlift and five trails stay open. These trails are Stampede (beginner), Lil’ Rodeo (beginner), Sitz, (intermediate), Vogue (intermediate), and See Me (advanced). This is a unique opportunity to get to know the resort in a whole new light. It is lots of fun!
