Ski Season Has Officially Begun!

Steamboat Ski Resort is expected to kick off the 2023-2024 ski season on November 22, 2023- just in time for Thanksgiving! A stellar celebration has already been planned for that day. There will be free t-shirts for the first 100 skiers in line, plus free powdered donuts and mimosas for everyone. Keep an eye out for the prizes that have been hidden all over the mountain!

Ski season 2023-2024 is expected to be one for the ages. Ski conditions are looking excellent so far, thanks to a variety of cold snaps and the resort’s expert grooming. We are excited to share that snow is starting to pile up on the mountain. The season total currently sits at 16 inches, with a snow base depth of 11 inches.
