Enjoy the beauty of this time lapse photograph of the clear night sky over Steamboat Springs Colorado this week, with Sleeping Giant mountain visible at the bottom of the photograph.  This is a six-hour time lapse photograph.  For a lot of people from around the country who don't have easy access to crystal clear skies with views of the Milky Way (and more!) - this is an awe inspiring site to experience.

One can truly enjoy the majesty of the stars by finding a moonless and clear night here in Steamboat Springs.   For many children living in the city - they might not have ever seen the Milky Way.   The wildflowers of June & July plus clear night skies make a perfect combination.
